Cincy Apparel is committed to providing the lowest manufacture allowed pricing on all of our custom apparel items.

If you find that a competitor (online or local) is selling the same type of item at a lower price, please let us know. We will either match or beat that price, depending on the item and situation. Furthermore, we will match or beat any current competitor invoice for items you may have purchased in the past.

The following situations must apply to match a price from a competitor:

• The item ordered must be identical. The same sizes, styles, quantity, brand and color.
• The item must be in stock at the competitors website and at Cincy Apparel at the time of your purchase.
• We will not offer rain-checks for items that are not in stock.
• It must be an item sold by Cincy Apparel or our of our subsidiaries.

We don’t match the following:

• Discounts applied at checkout or on the invoice.
• Offers advertised as percentage or dollar amount off. (“Save 20% off of your order.”)
• Online auction or marketplace sites (eBay / Facebook Marketplace)
• Sites requiring membership or discount clubs.
• Bundle offers, rebates, coupons or mail-in offers.
• Offers requiring financing or third party payment.
• Prices that require a minimum yearly or monthly purchase.
• Items listed as closeout or liquidation.
• Damaged, used or “seconds” items.
• Price errors.
• Prices as a result of going out of business or bankruptcy sales.
• Cyber Monday / Thanksgiving / Christmas sales
• Pricing offered by individuals or non-legitimate businesses.
