Submitting Artwork

File Requirements:

Cincy Apparel prefers vector artwork for all custom printing projects. Having high quality vector artwork ensures that your project is printed at the highest possible quality.

Prefered Vector Formats (Screen Printing & Embroidery)

• .AI - Adobe Illustrator
• .EPS - Encapsulated PostScript
• .PDF - Portable Document Format

Prefered Raster Formats (Digital Printing)

• .PDF - Portable Document Format
• .PSD - Photoshop Document
• .TIFF - High Resolution Image
• .JPG - Digital Camera Image

• All art should be at the exact size you want it to appear on your garment.
• If you're converting vector art to raster, leave the anti-aliasing option turned off.
• Outline any type layers. If your project requires individual personalization, please include the font used.
• Leave your background color transparent, or match it to the apparel color in your order.
• All Raster artwork should be 300dpi or higher for the best possible print quality.
• If you do not have vector artwork and need screen printing, please contact your Sales Representative to discuss your options.

Artwork Submission

You can submit artwork via our website, email, or on removable media such as a CD or flashdrive.

Note: We can not guarantee the return of any removable media submitted to our company. Please do not submit original copies and always make a backup.
